Level I = 06F12-04, Level II = 06F12-05, Level III = 06F12-06) includes three (3) levels for monitoring cartridge performance at different points within the clinical range. Glass ampoules are packaged in kits containing ten (10) ampoules per box.
     

  2. Hematocrit Calibration Verification Control kits (catalog no. 06F12-07); includes five (5) levels for verifying the accuracy of hematocrit measurements throughout the reportable range. Glass ampoules are packaged in kits containing four (4) ampoules of each level.
